The food, the staff and the facilities are all spot on, wonderful... There are bookshelves if you want to read. Plenty of plug sockets if you need to study or work.. On thr whole it is the quality of food and the excellent service by the ladies who work here that make this cafe a gem of a find... Far superior to any chain coffee shop.

Used to be good and inviting. Now it's a long wait with only 2 ppl in front. Service needs to be quicker

The prices are fantastic for what you get. Both coffee and food are good. Looks nice and cosy inside, however the high back chairs look nice but are not very comfy and a little worn. Staff her friendly and accommodating. I would visit again.

They do a nice dark hot chocolate, only one l can find in Swindon. If you want a hot drink the best place to go in Swindon. Staff very friendly.

Excellent service, great atmosphere, staff are a joy to behold, efficient yet friendly at same time, special mention the taller girl with the ginger ish hair, never seems to stop working, credit to the shop.. paulina think her name is.

Lovely shop, I come in here all the time and I can't fault the place; Friendly staff, nice drinks, and a really good price for what you're getting! If you're in the town, this is the only coffee shop that's worth your time.

It's ok. The atmosphere is ok. The cakes are nice but at an expensive price but they are very tasty. The coffee is mixed with syrups that taste very sweet.

I got charged for someone else's drink! Why did the staff automatically think I would pay for the person I was with. They should have asked. Desgusting service. I thought they were just taking my order not combining mine with someone elses. What the hell! I didn't realise til afterwards. I thought it was too much the price

Lovely little place. We totally forgot we were in the town centre and got lost inside this places charm. So much so we ended up staying until closing. Amazing friendly staff who moved tables and chairs to accommodate us as a group of four and provided gluten free cake for dietary needs. Will definitely return 😀

Whilst they offer the traditional that one would expect from a High Street coffee shop, including trained baristas. In addition they will brew individual drinks from freshly ground beans. These beans are organic, rainforest certified and fairtrade. A definite step up from the humdrum, over-roasted flavour of the High Street chains. However my first review was a little premature when I said that this place I thought was here to stay. Upon closer inspection for a new establishment the finish appears to be done on the cheap. The disabled toilet does not work, the toilet that does work the door sticks, the toilet seat does not fit the toilet, the face plates of the sockets are falling off etc....

Divine cakes. Nice atmosphere

Took my 4 year old son here for our first visit. Although they don't do your normal milkshakes, they managed to throw something together for my son which he really enjoyed. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

Place went downhill.. the cookie and cream cake was dry and tasteless , the scone was undercooked almost raw .. the facilities were dirty .. disappointing experience!!

A nice flat white and a warm Pain Au Raisin with, in my opinion, good music at a perfect volume. A great way to kill a little time before an job assessment. This is probably my new go to coffee shop in Swindon, sorry Coffee #1.
